• Things that are not food and drink related. If it’s a press release about a new face cream, it’s probably best directed somewhere else.

• An invite to your restaurant in exchange for a review. Please get in touch with your nearest influencer. That ain’t me.

• Marketing I haven’t signed up for. If I haven’t given you permission to use my email - I’ll be reporting you to the GDPR police. 😘

• Spam, unless it’s the edible kind.
